By requesting and using an Inkrata API key, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
Inkrata is provided free of charge for legitimate scam image detection and moderation purposes. You may not use the API to overwhelm our infrastructure, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to revoke any API key without notice if we detect abusive behavior.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of results, or completeness of the scam image database. False positives and false negatives can occur. You are responsible for how you act on the API's responses.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkrata and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
